On a company business level I have authorized probably over $100,000.00 of business with CertaPro of Homewood, IL. They have done a tremendous job for my company.
So I decided to use the local CertaPro Fox Valley for my home.
I knowingly over paid the Fox Valley franchise because of trust the experience we have had at our company.
Using the Fox Valley branch was horrible to work with. I will never use CertaPro again unless corporate takes action with Fox Valley.
Poor customer service from the sales guy, Matt from the Plymouth MI location. Immature attitude, only wanted the money so he could move onto the next.
He would have gotten a few other jobs had he not had a poor attitude, but Im steering interested customers away. I now have a pair of missing hedge clippers.
They must have needed them more than I. Not cool!!!
