What should have been a 3-4 day job, as promised by the franchise owner, turned out to be two weeks.The first "painter" that was sent was to remove wallpaper and then prepare the walls for painting, then paint.

Well, the wallpaper was removed, very little sanding was done, a primer was put over the entire walls, including large areas that weren't sanded, then spackled entirely. Large areas were bumpy from lack of sanding and over use of spackle. The primer and spackle was sloppily done...splattered over the stair rug and dribbled over our front stoop and stairs and front door. Spackle on the tile in the entryway was also dripped on, and left to dry.

He seemed rushed to finish the job. In addition, he was to come back in a day after the spackle dried to paint. He didn't show up for 3 days....no call from him or the franchise owner. We left phone calls and email messages for the franchise owner.

Didn't respond for several days. She finally showed up and assessed the job. She acknowledged the poor workmanship, and said she will take care of it.

We asked that she not send the same painter!Another painter finally showed up and had to fix and redo most of what the first painter left.

Why your wonderful paint job done by Certapro looks just like the paint job Certapro did for me. I am very disappointed with the work they did. They even came back a 2nd time to repaint somethings and I am still not happy.They did just send someone else out to look at the work and they agreed with some of the things I am still unhappy with so they are sending someone else in a few days to redo some of the painting.So hopefully this time everything will be the way it should have been done the first time.
